Unique housing solutions for every Cape Town home
From new builds and full renovations to enclosing your patio or braai room — We Enclose Construction has spent three decades turning Cape Town homes into their true potential.
Three decades of building & enclosing Cape Town homes
Founded in 1996, We Enclose Construction is owner-managed with decades of expertise, experience and knowledge. With resources ranging from architects to engineers, we're able to fulfil almost any residential or commercial brief — from a single room enclosure to a full new build.
Whether you're building from scratch, renovating, securing or repairing, there is nothing we cannot do to help you realise your home's true potential and turn your dream into a reality. We work with homeowners, apartment owners, property investors and businesses who want more than disconnected trades — our role is clear scope, coordinated execution, and finishing details that feel properly considered.

Cape Town's construction & renovation specialists
Based in Monte Vista, We Enclose Construction travels within roughly 60km to build, renovate and enclose homes across the Northern and Southern Suburbs, the West Coast, City Bowl, Atlantic Seaboard, Helderberg and the Winelands. Wherever you are in that radius, Robert and the team are a call away.
Northern Suburbs
Our home turf — based right here in Monte Vista, with three decades of local relationships built through boundary walls, renovations and new builds across Edgemead, Bothasig, Plattekloof, Parow, Bellville and Durbanville.
West Coast & Blaauwberg
Coastal living calls for enclosures and finishes that stand up to the wind and salt air. We regularly build and renovate from Kraaifontein and Brackenfell through to Blouberg, Table View and Melkbosstrand.
City Bowl & Atlantic Seaboard
For apartment upgrades, commercial fit-outs and character home renovations, we cover everything from Woodstock and the CBD out to Sea Point and Camps Bay.
Southern Suburbs
Character homes and leafy properties across Rondebosch, Claremont, Constantia and Tokai get the same coordinated, detail-first treatment as any new build.
Helderberg
Somerset West, Strand and Gordon's Bay clients get the same free-quote, single-point-of-contact process as anywhere closer to home.
Winelands
Further out towards Stellenbosch and Paarl, we take on larger new-build and renovation projects where the scope justifies the travel.
